Der Amerikaner Kendall Messick ist Fotograf und Dokumentarfilmer. Neben den interessanten Projekten, die er im amerikanischen “outback”durchführte, verschlug es ihn auch in den Osten Europas. Dort photographierte er den wirklich einfühlsamen Film Here and Now, ein Porträt über Roma und Sinti in post-kommunistischen Bulgarien. Seine Fotografien sind beeindruckende Momente aus dieser Dokumentation.
the american Kendall Messick is photographer and documentary film director. besides the interesting projects which he did in the american “outback” he went also to the east of europe. there he took pictures of the really sensitive film Here and Now, a portrait about Roma and Sinti in the post-communistic bulgary. his pictures are impressing moments taken from this documentation.
